The DomainWizards will abide by regulations issued by Internet Assigned Numbers Authority   (IANA) and by authenticated federal and state court orders in regard to the posting, listing or sales of domain names. 
 

All names registered, bought, sold or bartered through this site must be properly registered through the InterNIC registry or the appropriate country agency. Seller agrees to be bound by the terms of InterNIC's then current Domain Name policy (the 'Policy Statement') which is available at: http://rs.internic.net/policy/internic.domain.policy. 

The Domain Wizards cannot take responsibility for the value of the domain-names presented 
herein. 

The Seller agrees to provide any and all information necessary to allow The Domain Wizards to 
verify the legitimate right to list the Domain Name with Domain Wizards. 

The Domain Wizardsand its principals & employees shall not be held liable for any losses or 
perceived loss in connection with the auctioning, listing or selling of any domain name. The party requesting the auctioning of a domain name certifies that, to her/his knowledge, the use of this name does not violate trademark or other statutes. 

The Domain Wizards will assist in all aspects of transactions covered in these Terms and              Conditions. However, The Domain Wizards will be held harmless for all disputed resulting from      trademark issues or any other issues beyond our control. We will solely act as an agent to assist in the publicity and transfer of domain names. You are responsible for all disputes concerning trademarks, infringements or issues with InterNIC policies and rules. 

The Domain Wizards will abide by any competent court order in regard to the auctioning, 
posting, listing or sales of any disputed domain name, and shall not be held liable in any way for actions ordered by the court. 

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall The Domain Wizards be 
liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this website, even if The Domain Wizards has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall The Domain Wizards' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise exceed the amount paid by you to The Domain Wizards, if any, that is related to the cause of action. 

Sellers assume all risk and liability arising from their offer for sale of any domain-name. Users agree to indemnify and hold The Domain Wizards harmless with regard to loss or damage experienced through use of this system. The Domain Wizards reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Users must be of  legal age with the ability to enter into binding contracts. 

The Domain Wizards does not assume responsibility for the content or the context of the listings. 
The Domain Wizardswill not remove or edit listings once they are entered into the service, except to comply or to end auctions with other terms in this agreement. 

The Domain Wizards cannot guarantee preservation of records, and may expire information            without notice, at its sole discretion. The Domain Wizards does not assume responsibility for the content or the context of the public display areas such as response to feedback forums or domain-name relevant news and information. 

The Domain Wizards will not remove or edit postings to the public display areas such as the            feedback forums once they are entered into the service, except to expire records, at its sole discretion. 

The Domain Wizards cannot guarantee that we will notice or prevent any inappropriate use of   the system. 

The Domain Wizards cannot guarantee that we will notice or prevent users from registering with 
false information. 

The Domain Wizardscannot guarantee that sellers will complete the sale of a domain-name, or       that buyers will go through with the purchase of a domain-name; all risk is taken by the                individual buyers and sellers. This includes but is not limited to risks associated with dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons, or persons acting under false pretense. 

Payment terms are to be agreed upon between Seller and Buyer. The Domain Wizards undertake only to list the domain as specified by the seller. 

The Domain Wizards is not responsible for damage or loss caused by errors in the system or the      Internet. The system may be unavailable unexpectedly as a result of errors or circumstances beyond our control. 
 
It is a violation of law to make bids in a false name or with an invalid credit card.  Currently, both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating all Internet fraud cases.
